A full renovation of the ground floor of a house on Caswell Drive, taken from strip-out to finished rooms. We took out the wall between the kitchen and the dining room to create one open-plan space, replaced a cracked lintel on the front elevation while the property was propped and scaffolded, and built a bespoke media wall with a recessed fire and panelling. A new shaker kitchen went in with an island and stone worktops, and the floors were levelled with compound before glue-down LVT was laid through the kitchen, living space and hallway for one continuous finish.
