Roughcast Render Spraying, Gower

A full exterior refresh on a large detached house out on Gower, where the original roughcast render had weathered to a tired grey on every elevation. We masked up the windows, doors, glazing and roofline, then spray applied a new render coating right across the house, front, sides and rear. Spraying pushes the coating down into the roughcast texture rather than sitting on top of it, so the finish is even the whole way round with no roller lines or patchy edges, and the property came back a clean off-white that lifts the whole plot.
